Refunds & Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Thread Theist. If you encounter any issue with your order, we will do our best to make it right. Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@threadtheist.com if you intend to return an item.
Our Guarantee
Our hope is that you will love what you ordered. However, if something doesn't work out, we will gladly accept unworn, unwashed merchandise that is misprinted/damaged/defective for free returns or exchanges if they are submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.

If your t-shirt is defective in some way (misprint, faulty stitching, etc.), please contact us at hello@threadtheist.com. Describe the problem and send pictures along with your email. We will coordinate a return or replacement for you.

If you have inadvertently ordered or received the wrong size, please contact us at hello@threadtheist.com. We handle size exchanges at a separate facility. If you intend to make a size exchange, please email us at the above address and then ship your exchange to the following address:

We will coordinate a replacement in the correct size. -
If you feel that your order has been lost in transit, you must submit a claim no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date. Please email us at hello@threadtheist.com. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn/unused and in the same condition that you received it. If any part of your order arrives damaged, please email hello@threadtheist.com with a photo of the damaged items, and we will assist you with your inquiry.

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your credit card company/bank account again. Then contact your credit card company/bank account as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. This can take up to 15 business days. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at hello@threadtheist.com.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
